About OM Med Spa

OM Med Spa was founded in 2016 to offer the Treasure Valley a refreshing new approach to anti-aging treatments. Our philosophy at OM is that most anti-aging treatments at medical spas are in fact medical treatments, not beauty treatments. Because of this, we believe in using the smallest doses possible to reach optimal outcomes. Instead of high-pressure sales, we discuss your concerns, educate you on treatment possibilities, and work with you to develop a long-term plan to help you feel back in control over the aging process..

Allyson Reynolds

APRN,MSN, FP-C

Allyson has a Bachelor’s Degrees in Zoology, Psychology and Nursing, and a Masters Degree in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 12 years.

Allyson has struggled with sensitive skin, acne, melasma, and premature wrinkles for over 20 years. After using every product on the market, from drug store quality to prescription medications, she realized that many skin care products and treatments do not deliver on their promises. After years of learning about the cellular, biochemical, and environmental causes of skin problems, she finally found the knowledge to treat her own skin problems and now loves to share this knowledge with others.

Allyson has completed advanced trainings in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections and has expertise in microcannula and microbolus techniques. She also treats patients with medical conditions such as migraine, tension headache, teeth grinding/clenching, melasma, acne, eczema, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, and excessively dry or sensitive skin.

Valerie Dempster

Valerie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Boise State University. She has been a pediatric nurse in the Treasure Valley for over 30 years. She developed her gentle injection technique by administering thousands of immunizations as an RN in pediatrics. During her 9 years of working in the medical spa industry, Val has developed an expertise in working with clients to develop skin care goals and long-term treatment plans that deliver exceptional results.

Val has completed advanced trainings in neuromodulator injections from the makers of Botox and Dysport, advanced dermal filler trainings from the makers of Juvederm and Restylane, and advanced trainings in administration of Kybella and Sculptra. She has extensive experience in mid-face rejuvenation for correction of loose skin, deep lower face wrinkles and jowls.

Allyson is so sweet and knowledgeable about her products and procedures. I went in blindly as a referral from a friend and didn't know what I was getting into. She gained my trust instantly with her demeanor and extensive knowledge of the procedure. I trusted her. She didn't try to sell me on any of her product either like most med spas, she just informed me of what they were and what they did. I had A syringe of Juvederm Ultra put in my lower and upper lips and they look fantastic. I also went ahead and got some units of Botox in between my eyebrows and along my lower forehead. Now I'm obsessed. Love her and her spa!

Allyson is a beautiful person inside and out. She makes you feel so comfortable and confident in the service you are receiving. I have never met someone who is more caring. Although she needs to make money to run a business she isn't in this business because of the money. She wants more then anything to help women feel beautiful and good about themselves. When doing Botox she believes less is more. She want to save you money and wants to make sure you get that natural look you are going for. Needless to say I think she is AMAZING!!!!

I have struggled with every kind of acne imaginable for over a decade. I have been to many, many dermatologists and aestheticians over the years and Allyson was honestly the first to create a custom skin care solution for my specific problem. I have had botox and filler before and always looked better but not quite as I had hoped. Allyson nailed it! I am so happy with my results. I had been out of town shortly after visiting OM Med Spa and when I returned I told my friend I was so tired. She said she thought I was going to say I felt so refreshed! It looks so natural that my spouse didn't notice and he usually does. When you look refreshed but no one really knows why, you know it's done well! Thank you Allyson!
