Om Med Spa Med Spa was founded in 2016 to offer the Treasure Valley a refreshing new approach to anti-aging treatments. Our philosophy at OM is that most anti-aging treatments at medical spas are in fact medical treatments, not beauty treatments. Because of this, we believe in assessing each patient and using the appropriate dose based on a patient’s desires and safety to reach optimal outcomes. We discuss your concerns, educate you on treatment possibilities, and work with you to develop a long-term plan to help you feel back in control over the aging process

Allyson Reynolds

APRN, MSN, FNP-C

Allyson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, Psychology, and Nursing, and a Masters’s Degree in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 13 years.

Allyson has struggled with sensitive skin, acne, melasma, and premature wrinkles for over 20 years. After using every product on the market, from drug store quality to prescription medications, she realized that many skin care products and treatments do not deliver on their promises. After years of learning about the cellular, biochemical, and environmental causes of skin problems, she finally found the knowledge to treat her own skin problems and now loves to share this knowledge with others.

Allyson has completed advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. She also treats patients for weight loss and medical conditions such as migraines, tension headaches, teeth grinding/clenching, melasma, acne, eczema, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, and excessively dry or sensitive skin.

Bliss Kersh

BSN, RN, PHN

Bliss graduated with her BSN degree in 2016 from West Coast University in California. She has 7 years of experience working in the industry, starting as a nurse at a facial plastic surgery center where she fell in love with aesthetics. Bliss has been highly trained throughout her career by multiple sought after aesthetic providers in the nation.

She has been the lead RN injector at multiple medical spas throughout her career. Her specialty is full face rejuvenation, where she has mastered the skills to take your aesthetic journey to the next level. One of her favorite treatments is Sculptra. Because Sculptra produces collagen and develops gradually, the results last longer than other injectables and look completely natural.

Bliss makes continuing her education a priority and is always building her skillset by attending multiple trainings/conferences throughout each year. Safety is of utmost importance to her and she will always have your best interested in mind. 

Annie Jayo

Medical Esthetician/ Laser Specialist

Annie graduated with her BA degree in 2018 from Boise State University. She has 2 years of experience working in the medical aesthetic industry, starting as a Guest Relations Specialist before enrolling in an aesthetician program at Oliver Finley. Annie has been highly trained in various treatments that address skin discoloration, improving skin texture, and volume loss; ensuring that all clients get a well-rounded approach to their aesthetic concerns and can achieve maximum improvement.

She specializes in laser hair removal, microneedling, and other energy-based treatments. She has been expertly trained and has attending mulitple training conferences. Annie prioritizes educating clients about their skin and making them feel more confident in themselves.

Liv Taylor

Practice Manager, C-APL

Liv graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration. She is also a Certified Aesthetic Practice Leader (C-APL). Her drive in the workplace comes from wanting to create a positive work environment for employees to thrive in. Liv has worked for local businesses for the entirety of her work career and has aided in their growth and success in her time with each one. 

She has a wonderful combination of HR, Marketing, and Managerial experience, giving her a well-rounded background to help her thrive in her role at Om Med Spa. Liv is passionate about creating a luxurious and personable experience for our patients. 

Jillian Means

Receptionist

Jillian is currently a senior at Boise State University as a health studies major. She is very passionate about the medical field and plans to be a dental hygienist. She takes care of all our patients scheduling needs!

You will always see a smile on her face. She loves getting to know our patients and is an expert at making them feel welcome at our spa. 

There are lots of places to go for skincare and beauty enhancement.. but this place is the most professional and adept at giving clients what best suits their needs. All the staff are beyond nice and they make it a wonderful experience! They have done wonders for my dark spots and dull skin. I honestly recommend OM Med Spa knowing they will do their best work on anyone who walks in !!

I attended the holiday party at Om Med Spa last week with my daughter. As I looked around the room I saw many women whom I assume have had treatments with Allyson or another one of her staff. The women looked lovely. They appeared as the best versions of themselves without obvious treatment effects. Natural and beautiful. Allyson has built a wonderful practice in a warm, pleasing location where all are welcome. The event showcased education of various options, products for sale, cost consultations with client budget in mind, and an opportunity to celebrate the holiday season with the community Allyson has created. Allyson is so sweet and knowledgeable about her products and procedures. I went in blindly as a referral from a friend and didn't know what I was getting into. She gained my trust instantly with her demeanor and extensive knowledge of the procedure. I trusted her. She didn't try to sell me on any of her product either like most med spas, she just informed me of what they were and what they did. I had A syringe of Juvederm Ultra put in my lower and upper lips and they look fantastic. I also went ahead and got some units of Botox in between my eyebrows and along my lower forehead. Now I'm obsessed. Love her and her spa!

Allyson is a beautiful person inside and out. She makes you feel so comfortable and confident in the service you are receiving. I have never met someone who is more caring. Although she needs to make money to run a business she isn't in this business because of the money. She wants more then anything to help women feel beautiful and good about themselves. I have struggled with every kind of acne imaginable for over a decade. I have been to many, many dermatologists and aestheticians over the years and Allyson was honestly the first to create a custom skin care solution for my specific problem. I found Om Spa two years ago when I moved to Boise. I was so incredibly happy with my results for over a year and half. I then got influenced to try another “big name” injector in downtown Boise and that was a horrible mistake. This very well known injector dropped my brows (I had no eyelids!) and she blamed it on my age and a “fat pocket” when I expressed my concern. I texted Allyson explaining the situation she suggest we wait for the poorly injected botox to wear off and we will treat again after. I went back to Om Spa last week and was reminded why I shouldn’t have ever left. I’m already seeing great results, I have no 11’s and STILL have eyelids. Allyson refreshes your look while keeping you natural. Om Spa is top notch and I will never stray away again.

I can’t remember the last time I did a Google review! It takes something HUGE for me to take the time to write one! About a month ago I had the IPL laser done on my hands. I am only 45 years old and I felt like I had grandma hands with all of the dark age spots. They really bothered me. I really didn’t expect it to work like this! I am absolutely thrilled and quite honestly stunned! I can’t stop looking at my hands. I feel 20 years younger!!! I was 100% happy with the results. I've had Botox before where my eyelids and eyebrows feel heavy for weeks afterwards, I haven't had that happen since I switched to Om Med Spa.
