Do you require a booking deposit?
We do. Booking deposits vary by procedure. The deposit will go toward your services during the visit for which they were collected.
Free consultations do not have a booking deposit but do have a cancelation fee of $150
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the start time you will be charged $150. For some procedures, that is the equivalent of your booking deposit, in which case it will be forfeited. If your booking deposit is more or less than $150, the difference will be charged, or we will reimburse you the difference
Do you have a no-show policy?
Yes. Canceling within one hour of your appointment is considered a no-show. We value our employee’s time and have to act accordingly. For services under $300, no-shows will be charged $150, the same as our cancellation policy. For services over $300, you will be charged 50% of your service.
What if I have enough money in my patient wallet to pay for my treatment? Do I still have to pay a booking deposit?
Yes. Booking deposits keep our costs down by keeping last-minute cancellations to a minimum. We can refund extra money in your wallet after your treatment or you can save it for your next visit.

What is the best way to book an appointment?
The easiest way is through our booking link on our website and instagram. You will always see all of our openings and can choose one that will fit into your schedule. If you are unsure of what to book, call or text our receptionist at 208-917-2782.
I have been able to book by texting or emailing Allysonl in the past, is that still possible?
Unfortunately, it is not. Allyson and loves to spend time with our patients during business hours and with their family after hours, and it is very challenging to find time to return all of the texts and emails. Also, if you’ve ever had Allyson double-book you or forget to put your appointment on the schedule, you know scheduling isn’t her biggest strength!
Does Om Med Spa have a no-child policy?
At Om Med Spa, we strive to provide a serene and professional environment for all patients. To ensure a relaxing experience and maintain the safety and comfort of our guests, we have instituted a no-children policy.
Policy Details:
- Age Restriction: We kindly request that children under the age of 12 do not accompany adults to Om Med Spa.
- Safety Concerns: Our facility is equipped with specialized equipment, including needles, medications, and lasers, that may pose safety risks to children. For the safety of our patients and the protection of our facility, we appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.
- Professional Environment: We aim to create a peaceful atmosphere for all patients. The presence of children can disrupt the calm ambiance that many of our patients seek during their experience.
- Liability Considerations: To mitigate potential risks and liabilities, we have implemented this policy to ensure the well-being of all patients and maintain a secure environment.
- If alternative arrangements are not able to be made for your children and they are present at Om Med Spa we will try our best to accommodate you. However, if safety is a concern at any point, you may be required to reschedule your appointment. A rescheduling fee will be charged that can be used at your next appointment if it is rescheduled within 30 days of your original appointment. Safety is our top priority as well as providing a quality experience for all Om Med Spa patients.
