Om Med Spa Med Spa was founded in 2016 to offer the Treasure Valley a refreshing new approach to anti-aging treatments. Our philosophy at OM is that most anti-aging treatments at medical spas are in fact medical treatments, not beauty treatments. Because of this, we believe in assessing each patient and using the appropriate dose based on a patient’s desires and safety to reach optimal outcomes. We discuss your concerns, educate you on treatment possibilities, and work with you to develop a long-term plan to help you feel back in control over the aging process

Allyson Reynolds

APRN, MSN, FNP-C

Allyson holds Bachelor’s degrees in Zoology, Psychology, and Nursing, as well as a Master’s degree in Nursing. With 16 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 13 years as a Nurse Practitioner, she brings a wealth of medical expertise to aesthetics and patient care.

Having personally struggled with sensitive skin, acne, melasma, and premature wrinkles for over 20 years, Allyson understands firsthand the frustration of ineffective skincare. After trying everything from drugstore products to prescription treatments, she dedicated years to studying the cellular, biochemical, and environmental factors behind skin conditions. Now, she uses that knowledge to help patients find solutions that truly work.

Allyson has completed advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators and also provides weight loss treatments and medical care for conditions such as migraines, tension headaches, teeth grinding/clenching, melasma, acne, eczema, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, and excessively dry or sensitive skin. Her expertise allows her to take a holistic, results-driven approach to patient care, ensuring treatments are both effective and personalized.

Bliss Kersh

BSN, RN, PHN

Bliss earned her B.S.N. from West Coast University in California in 2016 and has seven years of experience in medical aesthetics. She began her career as a nurse at a facial plastic surgery center, where she discovered her passion for aesthetics. Since then, she has trained with some of the most sought-after aesthetic providers in the country and has served as the lead RN injector at multiple medical spas.

Specializing in full-face rejuvenation, Bliss has mastered the art of customized treatment plans to enhance natural beauty and deliver stunning, long-lasting results. One of her favorite treatments is Sculptra, as it stimulates collagen production, provides gradual improvements, and offers a subtly enhanced, youthful appearance.

Bliss prioritizes continuing education, regularly attending trainings and conferences to stay at the forefront of industry advancements. Patient safety is her top priority, and she is committed to providing the highest level of care with your best interests in mind.

Annie Jayo

Medical Esthetician/ Laser Specialist

Annie earned her B.A. from Boise State University in 2018 and has two years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. She began her career as a Guest Relations Specialist before enrolling in the aesthetician program at Oliver Finley, where she received extensive training in advanced skincare treatments.

Annie specializes in laser hair removal, microneedling, and energy-based treatments. She has undergone expert training and attended multiple industry conferences to stay at the forefront of aesthetic innovations. With a deep understanding of skin discoloration, texture improvement, and volume loss, Annie takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients achieve their skincare goals.

Passionate about education and patient confidence, Annie is committed to empowering patients with knowledge about their skin and guiding them toward the best treatments for long-term results.

Margot Laing

Lead Patient Care Coordinator

Margot earned her B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University in 2001. She spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard as a LaserJet Printer and Consumables Packaging Engineer before expanding her career into teaching, fashion styling, and customer service. With over eight years of experience in sales and client relations, Margot brings a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Passionate about health, fitness, fashion, and beauty, Margot is dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patient at Om Med Spa. As the primary point of contact, she ensures that each visit is smooth, informative, and personalized. Having personally tried many of our skincare products and treatments, she is a valuable resource for patients seeking guidance.

I attended the holiday party at Om Med Spa last week with my daughter. As I looked around the room I saw many women whom I assume have had treatments with Allyson or another one of her staff. The women looked lovely. They appeared as the best versions of themselves without obvious treatment effects. Natural and beautiful. Allyson has built a wonderful practice in a warm, pleasing location where all are welcome. Allyson is so sweet and knowledgeable about her products and procedures. I went in blindly as a referral from a friend and didn't know what I was getting into. She gained my trust instantly with her demeanor and extensive knowledge of the procedure. I trusted her. She didn't try to sell me on any of her product either like most med spas, she just informed me of what they were and what they did. I had A syringe of Juvederm Ultra put in my lower and upper lips and they look fantastic. I also went ahead and got some units of Botox in between my eyebrows and along my lower forehead. Now I'm obsessed. Love her and her spa!

Allyson is a beautiful person inside and out. She makes you feel so comfortable and confident in the service you are receiving. I have never met someone who is more caring. Although she needs to make money to run a business she isn't in this business because of the money. She wants more then anything to help women feel beautiful and good about themselves. I have struggled with every kind of acne imaginable for over a decade. I have been to many, many dermatologists and aestheticians over the years and Allyson was honestly the first to create a custom skin care solution for my specific problem. I found Om Spa two years ago when I moved to Boise. I was so incredibly happy with my results for over a year and half. I then got influenced to try another “big name” injector in downtown Boise and that was a horrible mistake. This very well known injector dropped my brows (I had no eyelids!) and she blamed it on my age and a “fat pocket” when I expressed my concern. I texted Allyson explaining the situation she suggest we wait for the poorly injected botox to wear off and we will treat again after. I went back to Om Spa last week and was reminded why I shouldn’t have ever left. I’m already seeing great results, I have no 11’s and STILL have eyelids. Allyson refreshes your look while keeping you natural. Om Spa is top notch and I will never stray away again.

Obsessed this med spa. No other place i would trust in Boise, ID to do my spa services. They are always educating themselves, learning whats best. I can’t remember the last time I did a Google review! It takes something HUGE for me to take the time to write one! About a month ago I had the IPL laser done on my hands. I am only 45 years old and I felt like I had grandma hands with all of the dark age spots. They really bothered me. I really didn’t expect it to work like this! I am absolutely thrilled and quite honestly stunned! I can’t stop looking at my hands. I feel 20 years younger!!! I was 100% happy with the results. I've had Botox before where my eyelids and eyebrows feel heavy for weeks afterwards, I haven't had that happen since I switched to Om Med Spa. I don’t have one complaint and I couldn’t be happier with the results she has given me.
