THE POSITION:
- Supervise and lead the day-to-day activities of our growing practice
- Establish systems and protocols for a smooth-running operation during rapid growth
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly, schedules and events
- Handle and oversee general administrative tasks and projects
- Be a superuser of our EMR and payment collection systems
- Manage inventory of prescription and retail products
- Maintain, coordinate, and track office-related purchases
- Plan, implement, and coordinate all types of marketing
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of medical spa industry including HIPPA, insurance, ADA, city/county/state code and regulations
- Human resource management
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Manage Google business listing and reviews
- Conduct quarterly evaluations and trainings
- Plan spa parties and events
- Manage community giving and non-profit collaboration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly detailed and organized individual who thrives in a busy working environment
- A clear ability to work autonomously and ability to drive things forward without being prompted
- Recognize and understand the absolute need for confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to improve our community and contribute to those less fortunate is a must.

- A quick learner who enjoys overcoming challenges and loves getting things to run smoothly like a well-oiled machine
- Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients

- Show initiative and be hard-working and committed to excellence in their role
- Confidence to work independently
- Excel in project development and implementation
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks by deadline
- Experience in Office Management, Project Management, Program Development, Event Planning or similar role
This is a full-time position
Pay is $20+ per hour depending on experience and education
